Rankings, teams, and players

Rankings are derived from approved, published results. There is no second ranking source to reconcile, so the ladder, a player profile, and a tournament page always agree on the same numbers.

This area covers the two ladders and the directories that sit behind them: players, teams, and the public Tournament Organizer profile.

# Player rankings

Player rankings order competitors by the scoring rules configured for the period. The players-or-teams switch moves between the two ladders without losing your position, and the period selector widens or narrows the window being ranked.

Ranking weights stay collapsed behind a disclosure so the table itself remains readable. Open it to see exactly how kills, placement, and WWCD contribute to the total.

# Team rankings

Team rankings apply the same configured scoring to teams rather than to individuals, so the ladder follows the results a roster actually produced.

The players-or-teams switch and the weights disclosure behave exactly as they do on the player ladder, so moving between the two views needs no relearning.

# Player directory

The player directory is a searchable index of players with their verified results. Only players with a public presence are listed, and the search field matches on the displayed identity.

Availability and preferred role are opt-in, and a player who has joined a team is no longer shown as an available recruit.

# Player profile

A player profile collects game identity, verified statistics, achievements, team history, availability, preferred role, and social links, with separate season and career views.

Form is read live from verified results, so a corrected result moves the profile and the ladder together without a separate rebuild.

Choosing a season changes the window that is displayed. Career totals are preserved and are never overwritten by a season reset.

# Team directory

The team directory lists teams with their persistent tag, current tier, and verified record. The grid holds three cards per row on desktop and collapses responsively on narrower screens.

# Team profile

A team profile keeps the persistent tag and tier, the current roster with its owner, manager, captain, and member roles, previous tournament summaries, tier history, achievements, and reliability.

Tier changes are versioned on the backend, and the profile always shows the current decision without rewriting an older one.

Membership is exclusive and capacity is enforced transactionally. A trial member occupies a slot but does not receive full management or private chat access until confirmed.

# Tournament Organizer profile

The organizer profile is public: the verified portrait and status, participant feedback with its rating breakdown, and summaries of the tournaments, prizes, schedules, and disputes attached to that organizer.

Feedback is protected against duplicate and unrelated reviews, and an organizer can respond publicly to anything left on their profile.

Only prize money that a winning team has confirmed as received counts towards organizer trust and awards.
